OregonSaves

In 2015, the Oregon State Legislature passed House Bill 2960 and created OregonSaves. This House Bill requires that every company with at least 5 employees working in the state of Oregon offer a retirement plan to their employees by Nov. 15th, 2019 and that employers with 4 or fewer employees will be required to offer a retirement plan by Jan. 15th, 2021.
